Comparing the toy to the young child shown in the figure, it is pretty surprising if you ask me that the toy is actually so big in size! It measures 18 inches by 7 inches by 13 inches and is suitable for babies, kids and children between nine months and three years. Thus it makes a great cheap baby toy! How this toy works is like this. The kid will pump the plunger and then drop the balls onto the spiral track. When the balls reach the bottom of the track, they are blown out and pop out of the contraption through the top! Some of the balls would then fall back onto the tracks and roll down again, while others may just spill out and your child would then have to pick them up and put them back into motion. Not only will the children enjoy watching the balls popping out of the cheap toy, but there are also wacky sound effects and eight lively songs to add in to the fun and laughter. If you ask me, the sounds, sights, and action of the Playskool Busy Ball Popper greatly stimulates motor development skills and encourages repetitive play. Included in the toy package are five colorful balls (actual colours of these balls may vary) but four "D" Batteries which are required to power this cheap children toy is unfortunately not included.

As for the people who have bought this toy, many have been happy with it and even recommending given it away as gifts. However, because this cheap toy for kids comes with whacky sound effects and songs to boot, some people may not like the noise that it creates.
